William Clinton Jenkins, age 96 of Sipsey passed away Thursday, August 15, 2019 at Walker Baptist Medical Center.  Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Monday, August 19, 2019 at Bell Sumiton Chapel with burial in Morgan Cemetery.  Wayne Williams will be officiating.  Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 PM Sunday, August 18, 2019 at the funeral home.  Bell Funeral Home Sumiton has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Preceding him in death were his parents, John C. and Jenny Bell Wright Jenkins; wife, Helen Creel Jenkins; and daughter, Ann Jenkins.

His survivors include his son, James C. Jenkins (Talma); stepson, Sonny Creel (Ann); stepdaughter, Norma Creel Burleson; grandsons, James Todd Jenkins (Kristan) and Kevin Lee Jenkins (Lori); and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
