Mr. Russell Eugene Watson, age 78, of Dora passed away Monday, February 14, 2022 at his residence. Graveside services will be 2:00 PM Friday , February 18 , 2022 at Shanghi Cemetery. Rev. Dale Schaffer will officiate. Bell Funeral Home Sumiton has been entrusted with the arrangements.

He was preceded in death by his son, Timothy Watson; daughter, Bonnie Watson Taft; brothers, Richard Watson and Jack Watson; sister, Judy Scott; mother, Lerabelle Watson; and father, Otis Watson.

He is survived by his daughter, Sandy Ray (TL) of Uniontown, AL; sons, Lonnie Watson (Enida) of Quinton, AL and Randy Watson (Gina) of Uniontown, AL; sister, Beverly Hipes (Gary) of Fairmount, IN; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
