Mr. Roger Dale Thacker, age 58, of Quinton passed away Friday, March 5, 2021 at UAB Hospital.  Memorial services will be 1:00 PM Friday, March 12, 2021 at Bell Sumiton Chapel.  Visitation will be one hour prior to services.  Bell Funeral Home Sumiton has been entrusted with the arrangements.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Leigh Thacker; grandson, Nick Thacker; mother, Martha Thacker; and father, Paul Thacker.

He is survived by his daughter, Jessica Thacker; grandson, Aiden Sanford; granddaughters, Ashlyn Skelton and Ivy Skelton; sister, Rita Freeman (Bo); nieces, Wendy Jones (Barrett) and Kaitlyn Freeman; nephew, Zachary Sanford (Samantha); and a host of other family and friends.
