Mr. Rodney Chris Pate, age 55, of Fultondale passed away Friday, February 5, 2021 at Gulf Coast Regional Medical Center in Panama City, FL.  Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Thursday, February 11, 2021 at Bell Sumiton Chapel with burial in Bryan Cemetery.  Pastor Sherry Ingram will officiate.  Visitation will be one hour prior to service.  Bell Funeral Home Sumiton has been entrusted with the arrangements.

He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Jessie Hardy; grandmother, Lorene Pate; and grandfather, Mack Pate.

He is survived by his mother, Erma Jean Pate; father, James Preston Pate; daughters, Whitney Howse (Trey), Lauren Pate, Courtney Pate, Amy (Nick) and Megan (Chris); brother, Larry Pate (Tammy); sister, Donna Jean Garvin (Jr.); grandchildren, Kinslie Ireland, Sadie Pate, Blakely Martin, Alyssa Ireland, Carleigh, Greyson Pate, Nevaeh Pate, Max McClendon and Ella James Howse; fiancé, Sheila McCorkhill; and many other family and friends.
