Rodney James Henderson, age 67 of Dora, passed away Saturday, July 8, 2023 at Carbon Hill Health and Rehab Center. Mr. Henderson was born on November 17, 1955 to the late Douglas and Virginia Pauline Blevins Henderson.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers, Bobby Joe, Roy, Edward Dale, and David Henderson; three sisters, Patsy Saxton, Marie White, and Mayae Joyce Henderson.

He is survived by his daughters, Melissa Hayes and her husband Jeremy, and Tara Sexton; a brother, Bill Henderson and his wife Sandy; grandchildren, Jackson Hayes and Devin Granville; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

A graveside service will be held at Brasfield Cemetery Thursday, July 20, 2023 at 11:00 AM.
