Robert Charlie Phillips (better known as Bob), age 78 of Sipsey, passed away Sunday, July 30, 2023 at his residence.

Mr. Phillips was born October 15, 1944 to the late Bradford Charlie and Gertrude White Phillips.

He is survived by his children, Ruby (Angel) Blackwood and her husband Eddie, Bradford Phillips and his wife Selena Shackley, and Jacob Phillips; grandchildren, Heather Wray, Joey Wray, Bethany Wray, Justin Blackwood, and Patelyn Blackwood; and great grandchildren, Hunter Lathum, Timber Latham, Drake, Wyatt Blackwood, Cohen Wray, and Lynlee Sproul.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Viola Lee Phillips, three brothers, Mark, John, and Stanley Phillips; and two sisters, Mary Wallace and Lillian (Sister) Heard.
