Mr. Robert Michael "Mike" Green, age 79 of Pleasant Grove passed away Thursday, January 6, 2022 at his residence.  Funeral services will be 3:00 PM Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at Shanghi Baptist Church with burial in the adjoining cemetery.  Elder Charles Kitchens and Dr. Larry Gipson will officiate.  Visitation will be 2:00 PM Wednesday at the church. Bell Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Mr. Green was retired from U.S. Steel with 30 years of service and was a long time member of Bethel Baptist Church in Pleasant Grove. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Tonya Green Bryant who he loved so very much.  Also preceding him in death were his parents, Robert and Louise Green and a brother, Roscoe P. Green.

Survivors, include his loving wife of 57 years, Gwendolyn Marie Green; son, Michael Shane Green and his wife, Sue; son-in-law, Christopher Bryant; four grandsons, Christian and Caleb Bryant, and Landon and Brad Green; granddaughter, Ivory Nealey; brother, Ricci Green and his wife, Rhonda of Panama City, Florida; and other relatives, including his sister-in-laws and brother-in-laws who he loved very much, and his much loved nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

Pallbearers will be Derrick Kitchens, Zac Lucas, Seth Spears, Noah Alexander, Allen Rhoades, Adam Kinsaul, and Cody Lucas.
