He is proceeded in death by his parents, John Billy Blackmon & Catherine Christine Needham Blackmon(Phillips) & great niece, Mackenzie Asarisi. Survivors include, his daughter Amanda Blackmon Powell(Andy). His 3 grandchildren Aubrey,Adaline Cate,& Asher Brooks. Brothers, Michael & Doug Blackmon. Sisters Delitha Rape(Tim) & Lisa Asarisi. Nieces Christy Partridge(Rodney), Rebecca McCombs(Preston), Rachel McClain(Dylan) & nephews Brandon(Miriam) & Chris Asarisi & JD Blackmon. He also leaves behind his Love & help mate of 20yrs. Teresa Taylor, her son Caleb(Sadie) & bonus granddaughters MillieAnn & Remi.
