Rachel Taft Morgan, age 71, of Jasper passed away on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at her residence . Memorial services will be 2:00 PM Sunday, December 4, 2022 at Mount Joy Baptist Church. Graveside services will follow at the adjoining cemetery. Bell Funeral Home Sumiton has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Preceding her in death were her parents, J.B. and JoAnn Taft, grandson, Jared Spahn, and brother, Shane Taft.

Survivors include her children, Joanna Spahn, Aaron Morgan and his wife, Leigh, and Elizabeth Taylor and her husband Josh; grandchildren, Jeffrey Spahn (Ashley), Hunter Rhodes, Hannah Rhodes, McKinley Morgan, Michael Morgan, Haleigh Taylor and Sarah-Katherine Taylor; brothers, Michael Taft and Wesley Taft; 11 great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
