Patricia Akers Motte age 78 of Empire passed away on Thursday, August 28, 2025. Graveside Service will be held at Morgan Cemetery on Thursday, September 04, 2025 at 11:am Bro Hollis Alexander will be officiating.

Patricia is preceded in death by her parents; John Akers and Emma Motte, sisters; Charlotte Simmons and Kathy Bates, brothers; Charles, Mike and Wayne Akers.

Patricia is survived by her son; Jamie Motte, brother; Stanley Akers with a host of nieces and nephews and other family and friends.

She was a devoted fan of Alabama Crimson Tide football and rarely missed a game. She also cheered faithfully for the Atlanta Braves, proudly supporting her team through every season.
