Mrs. Pamela Kaye Mills, age 30 of Quinton passed away Saturday, January 11, 2020 at Brookwood Medical Center.  There are no arrangements scheduled at this time.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Ruby Kaye Lavender; and sister, Elizabeth Mills.

Her survivors include her husband, Nick O'Neill; children, Veronica, CJ and Hunter; father, Scott Mills; brothers, Christopher Mills and John Mills; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and relatives.
