Nora Jean Rice, age 68 of Dora passed away Feb. 16, 2019 at a local hospital. Funeral services will be 7:00 PM Thursday, Feb 21, 2019 at Bell Sumiton Chapel with burial in Oakland Cemetery in Ensley with graveside committal services at 11:00 AM on Friday.  Rev. Andy Frazier will officiate.  Visitation will be Thursday from 5:00 to 7:00 at the funeral home.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Nolan and Lanell Rice, and brother, Lamar Rice.

Survivors include her sister, Reba R. Holland (Robert); sister-in-law, Barbara Rice; nieces, Melia H. Creel and Tonya Wilson; nephews, Alan Holland and Jeffrey Holland; and a host of grand and great nieces and nephews, and many friends.
