Nicklas Ray West, age 35, passed away on Thursday, February 12, 2026.

Nicklas is survived by his loving wife, Kayla West; his son, Jensen West; his mother, Deana West; his father, Mickey West; his sister, Hannah West (Brodie); his brother, Jessie West; and his mother and father-in-law, Wanda and Frankie Long.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jib and Gene West,his grandfather, William "Bill" Atkins and aunt Regina West.

Nicklas enjoyed playing video games, building Legos, fishing with his son Jensen, and spending time with him whenever he could. Being a father was one of his greatest joys, and he cherished every moment they shared together.

Visitation will be held at 5:00 PM on February 13, 2026, at Lupton First Baptist Church, with the funeral service following at 7:00 PM at the church.
