Mrs. Misty Arlene Owens, age 47, of Empire passed away Monday, July 5, 2021 at her residence.  Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at Bell Sumiton Chapel with burial in Rice's Chapel Cemetery.  Visitation will be one hour prior to services.  Bell Funeral Home Sumiton has been entrusted with the arrangements.

She is preceded in death by her sister, Tina Quinn; grandparents, LeRoy and Lorene Reeves; and grandparents, Hubert and Leona Harris.

She is survived by her husband, Mike Owens of Empire; parents, Sharon and Carl Harris Sr. of Brilliant; brother, Carl Harris Jr. (Tonya) of Brilliant; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
