Ms. Maudie Sue Taylor Odom, age 77, of Corner passed away Thursday, November 19, 2020 at her residence.  Funeral services will be 12:00 PM Monday, November 23, 2020 at Bell Sumiton Chapel with burial in McCormack Cemetery.  Pastor Frankie Harris will officiate.  Visitation will be 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM Monday at the funeral home.  Bell Funeral Home Sumiton has been entrusted with the arrangements.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Cranford and Gladys Taylor; siblings, Gaynell Sharit and Ted Taylor; children, Teri Vakil-Mozaffari and Robert R. Odom III; and father of children, Robert R "Bubba" Odom, Jr.

She is survived by her daughters, Tricia Willmon (Greg) of Vance and Traci Hope of Vance; son, Ricky Odom (Tracy) of Corner; grandchildren, Mashai Harris (Kevin), Michael Vakil-Mozaffari (Sarah), Kayla Martin (Michael), Cody Odom, Colton Odom, Amanda Hall (Matthew), Haleigh Worley (Michael), Heather McCombs (Devyn), Blake Odom and Abigail Jebeles; 13 great grandchildren; sisters, Lue Thomas (James) of Corner and Margie Wicks of Broken Arrow, OK; and a host of nieces, nephews and other family.
