Mrs. Mary Elaine Morgan, age 77, of Alpine passed away Thursday, August 19, 2021 at her residence.  Graveside services will be 2:00 PM Monday, August 23, 2021 at Brasfield Cemetery.  Rev. Barry Lombard will officiate.  Visitation will be 12:30 to 1:30 PM at Bell Sumiton Chapel.  Bell Funeral Home Sumiton has been entrusted with the arrangements.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James Earl and Zonia A. Castleberry; and brother, Ed Castleberry.

She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Wallace W. Morgan of Alpine, AL; son, Doug Stone of Montgomery, AL; daughter, Lisa Stone of Orcas, WA; granddaughters, Payton Stone of Montgomery, AL, Sydney Stone of Montgomery, AL and Zonia Darnoll of Orcas, WA; and a host of other relatives and friends.
