Mrs. Marjorie Busby Spinks, age 81 of Empire, passed away Sunday, December 8, 2019. Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at Bell Sumiton Chapel with burial in Rice's Chapel Cemetery.  Rev. Eddie Frank Nichols and Rev. Wayne Williams will be officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.  Bell Funeral Home Sumiton has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Marjorie was preceded in death by her parents, Irvin and Eva Lee McClendon; Husbands, Ray Busby and Walter Spinks; children, Cindy Busby, Tony Busby, Tyrone Busby, Terry Busby, and Tammie Light; and grandchildren, Matthew Spinks, and Bo Busby.

She is survived by her sons, Timothy Busby, and Steve Busby of Empire; grandsons, Kevin Busby (Summer) of Cullman, Gage Busby (Ashley) of Carbon Hill, Jacob Spinks (McKayla) of Jasper, Zack Busby of Dora, Taylor Busby (Khanie) of Jasper, and Erik Busby (Caitlyn) of Jasper; granddaughters, Laranda Busby-Nixon (Marcus) of Jasper, Sommer Moore (James) of Decatur, Heather Busby (Ray) of Jasper, and Brittney Busby (Jamaal) of Jasper, and a host of great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
