Margie Moreland, age 77 of Dora, AL passed away on Thursday, January 22, 2026. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.

Margie is preceded in death by her husband; John M. Moreland, parents; Benjamine P. Eddings Jr. and Minnie Lee, brother; Benjamine (Buddy) P. Eddings III.

Margie is survived by her brother; Leo Eddings (Marilyn), sisters; Pamelia Collier, Priscilla Eddings and Rebecca A. Higgins with many nieces, nephews and more.

She loved with her whole heart, and brought joy to those around her with her humor and playful jokes. She was known as the crafting queen, always creating something special with her hands. She deeply loved her family, especially her nieces and nephews, and will be remembered for her laughter, creativity, and loving spirit.
