Lehmon Fowler, age 76 of Empire passed away Monday, August 5, 2019 at his residence.  Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Friday, August 9, 2019 at Bell Sumiton Chapel with burial in New Canaan Cemetery. Pastor Josh East will be officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to service.  Bell Sumiton Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Preceding him in death were his parents, Fannon and Verla May Fowler; brother, Jimmy Fowler; sisters, Vivian Curtis and Gwinelyn Fowler; son, Timothy Lehmon Fowler; and son-in-law, Herman Joseph Jones, Sr.

His survivors include his wife, Susan Arlean Busby Fowler; daughters, Kandy Drummond (Jay), Kristy Shea Jones (Larry Hood), and Krista Gardener (Justin); son, Terry Fowler (Jaime); brothers and sisters, Dalon Fowler, Robert Fowler, David Fowler, Joan Cagle, Doris Ann Seymour, Racheal Childers, Jewel Nixson, Virginia Estes, and Albert Ray Dockins; 12 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.
