Kay Blevins Capps, age 79, a resident of Jasper, Alabama, passed away peacefully on March 10, 2024. She was born on February 8, 1945, to Wallace and Effie Blevins.

Linda is survived by her beloved husband Ronald Capps, her devoted son Jeff Capps (Karen), and cherished daughter Angie Parvin. She was also a loving grandmother to Shaun Capps, Kayla Browning, Courtney Bright, and Matthew Parvin, and she adored her several great-grandchildren.

In addition to her immediate family, Linda leaves behind a legacy of kindness and love. She will be remembered fondly by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Wallace and Effie Blevins, her brother Lowel Blevins, her brother Earnie Blevins, her sister Pernie Quinn, and her son-in-law Wayne Parvin.

Graveside services to honor Linda's life will be held on Thursday, March 14, 2024, at 1:00 PM at Shanghai Cemetery. The arrangements are entrusted to Bell Funeral Home in Sumiton.

Linda will be deeply missed but forever remembered for her unwavering devotion to her family and her gentle spirit that touched the lives of many.
