Mrs. Kathy Raenette Perkins, age 65, of Woodstock passed away Monday, June 28, 2021 at her residence.  Graveside services will be 11:00 AM Friday, July 2, 2021 at Phillips Chapel Cemetery. Rev. Everett Pruden will officiate. Bell Funeral Home Sumiton has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Kathy was a retired communications officer and had 20 years of service with the Alabama State Troopers.  She loved to scrapbook, cats, pomeranians, and travel.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Rayford and Carolyn Needham.

She is survived by her husband of 24 years, Ray Perkins; son, Chris Brakefield (Lori); grandchildren, Kendal, Camden, Kelsey and Lane; brothers, Jeffrey Needham (Roberta) and Kevin Needham (Anita); and a host of other relatives and friends.
