Juanita Capps Haun  born May 18, 1930, and departed from this life on Monday, September 22, 2025.

First of all, a Christian, then a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Juanita has been a member of Sumiton Church of God since 1949 and until Monday their oldest living member and in her last few years an honorary member of the Lawler Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by the love of her life, Robert Haun Sr. and one baby girl along with her parents BF and Vurla Capps and 16 siblings.

She is survived by her children: Robert Haun Jr. (Sharon), Stacy Abney (Carl), Jimmy Haun (Bethany) and Robbie Strain (Mark). Grandchildren: Brandon, Andy, Michael & Diane; Karen, Andy, Jay, Stacy, Randy & Lory; James, Makayla, Ron & Kirt; and Erin. Also, her sister Robbie Migacz (Jim), brother Ronnie Capps, sisters in law, Marilyn Capps and Judith Capps along with several great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Her Celebration of Life Service is as follows: Visitation Friday, September 26, 2025, from 10:00am till noon. Funeral Service to follow at noon at Sumiton Church of God, burial to follow at Morgan Cemetery in Sumiton. Rev. Lane Sargent and Rev. Ronnie Crapps will be officiating. Bell Funeral Home in Sumiton will be directing.
