Mrs. Joyce Cain Washington, age 69, of Kokomo, IN passed away Friday, August 21, 2020 at Howard Community Hospital.  Funeral services will be 12:00 PM Sunday, August 30, 2020 at Bell Sumiton Chapel with burial at Elmwood Cemetery in Birmingham.  Rev. Wayne Williams will officiate.  Visitation will be 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM Sunday at the funeral home.  Bell Funeral Home Sumiton has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Preceding her in death was her husband, Donald Washington; husband, Jimmy Ray Cain; daughter, Sandra Cain; sons, Jimmy "Lynn" Cain and Timothy Cain; grandson, Christopher Cain; and parents, Estle and Doris Bailey.

Survivors include her daughters, Jennie Prather, Tammy Cain and Carla Cain Cantrino (Carmen); sons, Carl Ray Cain (Debra), Bill Bailey (Michelle) and Darrell Wayne Bailey; and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
