Johnny Knight, age 81 of Cordova, passed away Monday, November 28, 2022 at Brookwood Baptist Medical Center in Jasper. There will be a graveside service on Friday, December 2, at 2:00 PM at Walker Memory Gardens in Jasper. A celebration of life will be held afterward at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Cordova.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Knight; parents, Warren and Belle Roane Knight; brothers, Wilburn, Roy, Troy, and Donald Knight; sisters, Ruth Knight Warren and Jimmie Nell Knight Krividor. two grandchildren, Baby Armstrong and Amber Michelle Glover.

Johnny is survived by his children, Johnny Ray Knight, Connie Ann (Gene) Glover, Johnathan Dale (Yuko) Dobbins, and Heidi Belle Dobbins (Shane) Armstrong; grandchildren, Benjamin Thorpe, Johnathan Knight, Nelson Glover, Christopher Glover, Landon Dobbins, Asa Pate, Miley Knight, Lacey Knight, Ariel Armstrong, and Logan Dobbins; as well as a host of other relatives and dear friends.
