Mr. Johnnie O'Gwin Martin, age 81, of Dora passed away Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at his residence.  Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Friday, August 13, 2021 at Bell Sumiton Chapel with burial in Davis Cemetery.  James Watkins will officiate.  Visitation will be 9:00 to 11:00 AM Friday at the funeral home.  Bell Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements

He is preceded in death by his parents, Edgar and Mary Francis Martin; infant daughter, Anna Marie Martin; son, Eric O'Gwin Martin; and siblings, Ruth Lewellen Martin, Virginia Martin, James "Morty" Martin and Judy Killian.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Della Ann Martin; children, Kevin Martin (Leslie) and Katherine Hamilton; grandchildren, Jacob Martin, Taylor Estus (Adam), Destinee Hamilton, Kristin Hamilton and Brennen Forester; great grandchildren, Jonathan Wayne Russell, Elijah Luke Estus and Evie Granger Estus; sister, Brenda Burns (Tammy); and a host of other relatives and friends.
