Joey Lynn Thomas, age 32, of Empire passed away Thursday, August 08, 2023. There are no services scheduled. Bell Funeral Home Sumiton has been entrusted with the arrangements.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Tammy Lynn Wright; grandfather, Charles Thomas.

He is survived by his daughters; Kylie and Kinsley Thomas, wife; Heather Ruth, father; Joseph Thomas Sr., siblings; Brandon Wright, Lindsay {Joe} Jinks, Joseph Thomas Jr., Corey {Paula} Ruth, and Zachary {Courtney} Humber, in-laws; Leisa and Joe Zena, father-in-law; Phillip Ruth, grandmother; Annette Thomas, grandmother in law; Janice Thomas, with a host of nieces and nephews and friends.
