Mr. Joel "Steve" Corbin, age 68, of Birmingham passed away Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at his residence.  Graveside services will be 2:00 PM Friday, May 15, 2020 at Shanghi Cemetery.  Donnie Smith will officiate.  Bell Funeral Home Sumiton has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Steve was a diesel mechanic.  He married his wife, Patra Corbin on July 24, 1998.

Preceding him in death were his mother, Verna Gililand; father, Clarence Corbin; and sister, Alta Brown.

Survivors include his wife, Patra Corbin; children, Candy Headley of Sumiton, Amy Gober of Brookside, Chris Corbin (Renee) of Tennessee, Stevie Corbin of Tennessee, Steven Spradlin of Brookside and Amberly Duffner (Tyler) of Tennessee; siblings, Charity Buchanan (Buck) of Tennessee, Frankie Corbin (Shirley) of Tennessee and Paulette Hunt of Tennessee; eight grandchildren; Ten great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
