Mr. Jimmy M y rle Coolidge, age 57, of Cordova passed away Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at his residence. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at Bell Sumiton Chapel with burial at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Sipsey. Larry Smith will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to services. Bell Funeral Home Sumiton has been entrusted with the arrangements.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Coolidge; mother, Gayle Gutherie; father and mother-in-law, Robert and Betty Hurley .

H e is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Theresa Coolidge of Cordova; daughter, Chelsea Coolidge of Sipsey; son-in-law, Scottland MCKinnon of Sipsey; grandchildren, Tyler and Hazel McKinnon of Sipsey; sister-in-law, Misty Chadwick and brother-in-law, Kevin Rector, both of Corner; brother-in-law, Bobby Joe and Jimmie Sue Hurley of Dora; sister, Karen (Larry) Smith of Carbon Hill; brother, Terry Coolidge of Boldo; sister, Loretta (Randy) Benefield of Boldo; nieces, Shae Cates of Dora, Kati (Sarah) Hurley of Dora; nephew, Dalton Smith of Carbon Hill; great nieces and nephews, Kyliee and Christopher Wright of Dora, Kristen Cates of Dora, Taylor Smith of Carbon Hill; special friend, Sam Pate of Sipsey; and a host of other relatives and friends.
