Jessie Chilton, age 78 passed away at his residence on January 4th, 2024. Funeral service will be held Monday, January 8th, 2024 at 11:00am at Bell Funeral Home Chapel Sumiton. The visitation will be one hour prior to service at Bell Funeral Home Chapel in Sumiton. Burial to follow at Oak Grove Church of Christ.  Rev. Hollis Alexander will officiate.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Bob Chilton and May Snow Chilton, and by his two brothers

He is survived by his wife, Sarah Chilton, and his son, James Chilton and daughter in law Cheryl Chilton. His two grandsons, John Chilton and Gabriel Chilton.
