Mr. Jarrett Austin Akins, age 24, of Quinton passed away Friday, February 11, 2022. Funeral services will be 7:00 PM Thursday, February 17, 2022 at Bell Sumiton Chapel. Bro. Hollis Alexander will officiate. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until time of services. Bell Funeral Home Sumiton has been entrusted with the arrangements.

He was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Esther Akins and Denise Jenkins; grandfathers, Gary Jenkins and Lawrence Akins; and aunt, Carrie Helms.

He is survived by his wife, Ally Baker Akins of Bagley, AL; son, Jacob Akins of Bagley, AL; mother, Crissy Akins of Jasper, AL; father, John Akins (Michelle) of Quinton, AL; brother, Dave Akins of Quinton, AL; sister, Tiffani Akins of Quinton, AL; mother-in-law, Kim Baker; father-in-law, Derick Baker; brother-in-law, Andrew Baker; nieces and nephews, Layla Akins, Jaycee Akins and Ryder Akins; and a host of other relatives and friends.
