Jaime Nichole Fortenberry Fowler, age 42 of Empire passed away August 23, 2019 at her residence.  Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Thursday, August 29, 2019 at Bell Sumiton Chapel with burial in New Horizon Memorial Gardens.  Rev. Josh East will be officiating.  Visitation will be one hour prior to service.  Bell Sumiton Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Preceding her in death were her mother, Rhonda G. Browning Fortenberry; grandparents, Herman and Winelle Browning; grandparents, George and Mandy Fortenberry; and father-in-law, Lehmon Fowler.

Her survivors include her husband, Terry Fowler of Empire; daughters, Tessa Black and her husband, Jonathan Black of Empire and Terilyn Fowler of Empire; son, Jason Fowler of Cullman; father, Charles Fortenberry of Dora; sister, Wendi Fortenberry Hobbs and her husband, J.J. Hobbs of Jasper; grandson, Hunter Fowler of Pleasant Grove; best friend, Sandi "Max" Eddy of Jasper; nephew, Zander C. Hobbs of Jasper; niece, Payton Hobbs of Robertsdale; mother-in-law, Susan Fowler of Empire; and a host of other relatives and friends.
