Huel Clayton Holt Sr. age 75 passed away on Monday, January 8th, 2024 at this residence. Funeral service will be Wednesday, January 10th, 2024 at 11:00am at Bell Funeral Home Chapel in Sumiton. The visitation will be one hour prior to service. Burial will follow at New Canaan cemetery. Bro. Bobby Holt will officiate.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Milton and Doris Holt, his brother-in-law, Tim O'Neill, and his son-in-law, Kevin Wright.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Patricia Holt, his children, Tammy Wright of Dora, Al, James Holt of Dora, Al. Patty Lowe of Empire, Al, Donna Payne of Dora, Al, Clayton Holt of Empire, Al, and Bridgette Sanders of Graysville, Al. His siblings, David (Faye) Holt of Jasper, Al, Larry (SueAnn) Holt of Empire, Al, Bobby (Darlene) Holt of Quinton, Al, Annette Mauldin (Dennis) of Empire, Al, and a host of grand and great grandchildren.
