Mr. Harold L. Vest, age 71 of Jasper passed away Friday, March 6, 2020 at his residence.  Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Monday, March 9, 2020 at Bell Sumiton Chapel with burial in Freewill West Jefferson Cemetery.  Visitation will be one hour prior to service.  Bell Funeral Home Sumiton has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Preceding him in death were his wife, Rita Alvis Vest; parents, Gilbert and Valcie Vest; sister, Marie Birchem; and brothers, Jerry Vest and James "Buddy" Vest.

Survivors include his sisters, Louise Caldwell and Leatha Chandler (Doyle); brother, Bob Vest (Suzy); a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends; and pet dog, Muffy.
