Gerald Ray Pugh, age 67 passed away peacefully on October 29,2024. Gerald was born on September 17, 1957 to Troy and Avis Pugh. He was a graduate of West Jefferson High School, class of 1975.

In June of 1981, Gerald married his wife; Denise and together they welcomed two beautiful girls who were the light of his eyes, and five grandchildren that he adored.

Gerald is preceded in death by his parents, an infant sister; Sheila, and his in laws; Jim and Dean King.

He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Denise. his daughters; Carmen Booker (Cory), and Amber Barton. his grandchildren; Austin, Dylan, Jaxson, Eden, and Dolly, his brother in law; Rick King (Beth), sister in law; Angela Self (David) and two nephews; Cole and Logan Self and numerous cousins.

Arrangements will be Sunday, November 3, 2024 at Bell Funeral Home Sumiton. The visitation will be from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. followed by a memorial service.
