Mr. Frank J. Spahn Jr, age 76, of Warrior passed away Monday, August 29, 2022 at VA Medical Center Birmingham. Graveside services will be 11:00 AM Saturday, September 3, 2022 at Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Devin Dean will officiate. Visitation will be from 9:00 to 10:30 AM at Bell Sumiton Chapel prior to services. Bell Funeral Home Sumiton has been entrusted with the arrang e ments.

Mr. Spahn served in the Marine Corp during the Vietnam era. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather, and a member of Antioch Church of Christ. He loved to hunt and fish, and he dearly loved his family.

He was preceded in death by his father, Frank J. Spahn Sr.; mother, Francis Johnson; sister, Carroll Spahn; grandson, Jared Scot Spahn; and granddaughter, Tiffini D. Carlisle.

He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Patricia A Spahn of Warrior, AL; sister, Marie Sel cer (Herman) of Ocala, FL; sons, Frank "Butch" Spahn III (Shelia) of Warrior, AL and Jeffrey P. Spahn (Stacey) of Arley, AL; daughter, Traci L. Carlisle (Kenny) of Warrior, AL; sister-in-law, Janna L. Good of Warrior, AL; 10 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
