Donna Jean Phillips, 57, passed away on September 24, 2026. Born on March 18, 1969, Donna will be remembered with love by those who knew her and by the family she held close throughout her life.

She was preceded in death by her spouse, William Ruban “Buster” Harris, Jr., and by her sister, Lisa Arlene Phillips. Their memories remained a lasting part of her family’s story and of the love that surrounded Donna throughout her life.

Donna’s greatest legacy lives on in her family. She is survived by her daughters, Stephanie Andrews and her husband, Carey McDill, Jennifer Day, and her husband, Heath Day, and Sheila Harris, who carry forward her memory with love. She is also survived by her siblings, Tresa Harbin, Brian Phillips, Carl Phillips, Amy Fields, and Danny Phillips, whose shared family bond remains an enduring part of her life’s legacy.

She will also be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Stephen Andrews, Jonathan Andrews, Skylar Andrews, Ali Andrews, William Andrews, Alexis Day, Liam Day, and Elena Day. In them, her family finds a continuing reflection of her life and the many connections she leaves behind.

Service date and time will be announced at a later date. As her family and friends mourn her passing, they also honor Donna Jean Phillips with gratitude, remembrance, and love.
