Donna Marie Hyde

July 30, 1951 - September 3, 2026

Ms. Donna Marie Hyde, age 75, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 3, 2026.

She is preceded in death by her parents Floyd and Lottie Hyde; brothers Gaines Hyde and Lewis Hyde; sister Bobbie Morrow.

She is survived by her brother, Larry (Janice) Hyde; sisters in law, Bobbie Hyde and Mary Hyde; daughter, Karman (Joel) Stewart; son, Cary (Jill) Ryan; grandchildren, Erin (Aaron) Tuttle, Emily Stewart, Ethan Stewart, and Leya Ryan; and a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was a loving daughter, wife, mother, sister, grandmother, aunt and friend.

She had a love for music and playing the piano, she wrote many songs in her life that uplifted and encouraged all who were privileged to hear them.

Donna will be missed by all who were blessed to know her. She was a bubbly and friendly person who never met a stranger and was very giving and tried to help everyone she could.

The family would like to extend thanks to Cordova Health and Rehab and also to Access Hospice for the exceptional care shown to Donna.

We want to also thank Bell Funeral Home for all their care and assistance with the funeral arrangements.

Visitation for immediate family will be held at on Saturday, September 5, 2026 from 12:30 to 1:30 pm.

Graveside service and committal will begin at 2:00 pm at West Jefferson Freewill Cemetery.
