Donald Wayne Edwards, age 60, of Empire passed away Sunday, January 22, 2023 at St. Vincent's Hospital. There are no services scheduled at this time. Bell Funeral Home Sumiton has been entrusted with the arrangments.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Janice Parvin; sister, Carol Brown; brother, Billy Parvin; step-father, R.L. Parvin; and step-mother, Wadie Edwards.

He is survived by his wife, Meloney Edwards of Empire; daughter, Kendra McPherson of Curry; son, Jacob Edwards of Empire; father, Donald Ray Edwards (Josephine) of Cleveland; brothers, Joey Edwards (Sylvia) of Corner and Jason Edwards; sister, Connie Green of Sumiton; four beautiful grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, loved ones and friends.
