Deby Hunt Eastis passed away at her home on Saturday, October 14, 2023, to be reunited with her beloved husband, Thomas H. Eastis. There are no services to be announced at this time.

She is also preceded in death by her parents, Troy Gene Hunt Sr. and Catherine Hunt, and a brother, Johnny Hunt.

She is survived by her son Hunter Eastis (Meloni), 3 brothers Troy Hunt Jr., Tommy Hunt (Paula), and Robin Hunt (Cathy) along with a multitude of extended family and friends.  She is a lifelong Birmingham native, she dedicated her life to nursing and caring for others.  She will be remembered for her passionate, caring personality, one of a kind laugh, and tenacious self-reliance.  Her presence will truly be missed, and the void will be left for a lifetime. Until we meet again, we will keep your spirit alive and carry the love from here.
