Mr. Darrell Jackson, age 77, of Sumiton passed away Thursday, June 2, 2022 at Arlington Health and Rehab. Funeral services will be 12:00 PM Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at Bell Sumiton Chapel with burial at Fairview Cemetery. James Hagood will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to services. Bell Funeral Home Sumiton has been entrusted with the arrangements.

He was preceded in death by his father, Maultie Jackson; mother, Marcella Naremore Sullivan; brother, Kenneth Lee Jackson; son, David Lane Busby; and grandparents, Mace and Lela Jackson and Amos and Jettie Naremore.

He is survived by his wife, Janice Walls Jackson; daughters, Angie Jones, Kokie Edwards (Paul) and Sissy Busby Laird (Billy); son, Scotty Busby; sister, Dean Lynn; ten grandchildren; five great grandchildren; good friend, Lester Whitlow; and a host of other relatives and friends.
