Darrell N. Green was born on October 24, 1948. He was 75 years old and passed away peacefully at home with family on February 02, 2024. Visitation will be Wednesday, February 07, 2024 at Bell Sumiton Chapel from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. Burial will be at the Alabama National Cemetery.

He was proceeded in death by his parents Christina and Marvin Green, sister Lois Ellison and brother Marty Green.

He is survived by his wife of 28 years Laura Green, stepson Johnny Miller (Chaz) Josh Miller (Dawn) granddaughters; Emily Miller (Blake) Megan Miller (Kane), grandson; Elijah Cordell, great grand kids; Brogan and Haiden, siblings; Becky Woods (Arley) Mac Green (Angie), Joe Green (Sue), Sandy Green, Harvey Green (Bonnie) Carol Herald (Wade), Kathy Barton (Jeff), daughter; Meshell Green.

Special Friends Leo Busby (Connie) and lots of other family and friends. He was a U.S. Army Veteran with many honors including a Purple Heart, but his greatest accomplishment was being a grandpa. He will be greatly missed by all.
