Clarissa Kaye Palmer age 25, passed away on Tuesday, July 21, 2026. 

She is preceded in death by her parents; J.C. and Margaret Palmer, grandmother; Barbara Ware, aunt; Elaine Kittrell, uncle; Gerald Palmer.

Clarissa is survived by her boyfriend; Cody Downs, brothers; Jesse Bullock (Samantha), and Bryan Bullock, nieces and nephews; Ivey Bullock, Jayce Bullock, Ava Bullock, and Atlus Bullock, aunts; Laura Lynch and Kathy Hyde.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
