Charles William "Bill" Doss, beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. Unexpectedly went to be with the Lord on Friday, October 25, 2024 at the age of 57 at his residence in Empire, AL. His sudden passing leaves a profound void in the hearts of all that knew him.

Charles was born on May 5, 1967 and was one of five children born to Carl and Mary Doss. Charles was a retired truck driver who loved and cared about his family more than anything.

Charles is proceeded in death by his father, Carl Delaney Doss and cherished mother Mary J. Doss, brother; Bobby Doss, brothers in law Ricky Dooley and Gary Posten and nephew "Lil" Ricky Dooley.

He is survive by his loving wife; Robin Doss of Empire, son; Charles "Charlie" Doss (Amy), daughter; Dawn Wood, 7 grandchildren, three sisters; Elaine Dooley, Patricia Posten and Kimberly Brown (Doss) all of Empire. Several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Charles's memory will forever liv on in the hearts of all that knew him. May he finally find peace in the arms of the Lord, reunited with his loved ones who proceeded him in death, especially his beloved mother.

A celebration of Charles's life will be announced at a later time.
