Bobbie Jean Wesson, age 63, of Jasper passed away Sunday, January 29, 2023 at Ridgewood Nursing Home. There are no services scheduled at this time. Bell Funeral Home Sumiton has been entrusted with the arrangements.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Jeanette Cagle; father, Luke Mapes; and husband, Tommy Scoggins.

She is survived by her husband, Barry Dale Wesson; daughters, Charlotte Wilson (Greg), Carla Stewart (Joe) and Terri Crawford (Shane); brother, Neal Mapes (Kathy); nieces, Beth, Jennifer, Amy and Rachel; grandchildren, Brittany, Zoeie, Cody, Amy, Kristian and Krista; two great grandchildren; step children, Brandon and Bradley Wesson; and a host of other relatives and friends.
