Anita Kay Hicks Knight, age 61, of Quinton passed away Thursday, February 9, 2023 at her residence. Anita was born at the Sipsey Clinic to Patricia Watts the late, John Ellis Hicks. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Donna Gail Pickett and Teresa Karen Hicks.

She is survived by her mother, Patsy Hicks; sons, William Shane Flanagan and John Wayne Stillwell (Chasity); grandchildren, Dakota Blackston, Taylor Blackston, Allona Nichole Stillwell and Raelynn Joyce Stillwell; niece, Kristi Nichole Smith; nephew, Bradlee David Smith; and brother-in-law, Barry Pickett.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at 2:00 PM from Bell Sumiton Chapel with burial at Shanghi Cemetery. Hollis Alexander will officiate. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
